Healthy eating
As I have mentioned before, few months before your pregnancy is important you to start living healthy, to clean up your body. The most important point is eating.
There are some tips about healthy eating which can be helpful, because I have followed them and lose 5 kilos without doing any exercise. So I hope they will be useful for you as well:
1) Eat five times a day! The worst thing for your body is to have only two meals during the day, mostly only lunch and dinner. It is very important to eat regularly and not to be hungry during the day, because your body will be creating reserves of fat from the next meals when it fells hungry. This is my schedule of meals:
7:30 breakfast (mostly bread with cottage with a tomato or another vegetables)
10:00 morning snack (mostly carrots or an appel)
12:30 lunch
15:00 afternoon snack (mostly a yoghurt or some fruit)
17:30 dinner
2) Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits! You get minerals and witamins from it. Instead of cookies for snack try to eat a banana.
3) Stop eating sweets! Replace sweets by fruits or nuts because sugar is a poison, especially the white one. I know, it is fight, especially after the meal, when you have a sweet tooth. Try to wait 10 minutes after the meal, your stomach will start digesting the meal and your taste will be smaller.
