Few weeks ago we decided me to be a mother, to have a baby. I know it is one from the most important decisions in life to do, but it is the result of my long-term thinking about it. I am planning to start trying to get pregnant some day in December, with accordance of results of my disposition.
My main goal is to be the best mother in the world and to have happy and healthy baby, so I must beggin by myself, must be sure, that I am healthy and start to living healthier, because I am affraid of infertility. I sit in the office every day and dont have much motion, eat a lot of potato crisps and meat, drink lot of wine, etc. and it must quickly change.
From today I am starting my 3-month period before conception in which I will be preparing to pregnancy, it means restore my body to health. It will be very big change for me, and I hope it will be forever. I hope that there is somebody in the world who has similar aim as me and will join me with my activity, we can share our experience. I will do my best to work hard on myself because I am doing it for my future baby.
It involves three important points:
- Eat healthy food (fruit, vegetables, lot of drinking)
- Do some exercise every day (running, inline, badminton...whatever)
- Prepare yourself for pregnancy (search information, start to eat food supplements etc)
I will write more about these three points in the next articles and give you an advice how to cook healthy meals and what type of exercise is best for become pregnant.
