Exercise

Before you trying to conceive is very important to be in good physical condition, because pregnancy and maternity is very challenging for your body. When you start to do some exercise before your pregnancy, it will be easier to lose redundant kilos after the delivery.

You will be bearing your baby and a baby-buggy, so be in good condition will be very usefull. If you are a little bit overweight is safer for your baby to lose several kilos. If you do not know what is your ideal weight, try BMI calculator, which will count your healthy weight.

Healthy eating


As I have mentioned before, few months before your pregnancy is important you to start living healthy, to clean up your body. The most important point is eating.

There are some tips about healthy eating which can be helpful, because I have followed them and lose 5 kilos  without doing any exercise. So I hope they will be useful for you as well:

1) Eat five times a day! The worst thing for your body is to have only two meals during the day, mostly only lunch and dinner. It is very important to eat regularly and not to be hungry during the day, because your body will be creating reserves of fat from the next meals when it fells hungry. This is my schedule of meals:

7:30 breakfast (mostly bread with cottage with a tomato or another vegetables)
10:00 morning snack (mostly carrots or an appel)
12:30 lunch
15:00 afternoon snack (mostly a yoghurt or some fruit)
17:30 dinner


2) Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits! You get minerals and witamins from it. Instead of cookies for snack try to eat a banana.



3) Stop eating sweets! Replace sweets by fruits or nuts because sugar is a poison, especially the white one. I know, it is fight, especially after the meal, when you have a sweet tooth. Try to wait 10 minutes after the meal, your stomach will start digesting the meal and your taste will be smaller.


P-shine really works

Last Wendesday I was first time in manicure P-shine, so I can judge a week result. And what I am thinking about it? It is fantastic! I had terribly fragile and frazzle nails before and must take care about them a lot. Cannot do anything without nail polish that helps make my nails better. During the week any nail hasnt been broken, what is very surprising for me, nails are much more beautiful and grow quicker. Can recommend.
For the best effect the procedure must be repeated every three weeks. It really worth the money, so I surely will go again, especially it costs about 10 USD for both hands.

And what is the P-shine? It is manicure process which gives to your nails strenght by pearl powder. Everything is naturall.

My start to losing weight

I have tried several diets in my life, but none of them worked. But then I realized that I must change whole my life-style, because when you are on diet for two months and then you will go back to your foregoing board - It is absolutely unvailing! You must change something in your mind, must apprehend that if you want to be slim and healthy you need to live a healthy life to the end of your life. Not only try some new diet - you must be really decided and have reasonable motivation why. I my case motivation is to be healthy mother for my future baby. Another reason is that I realized I am alergic on gluten - but it is another story.

I was used to eat a lot of crap and eat only twice a day because of my work schedule. But then I realized that much more better way how to lose weight is by eating regularly and without being hungry. To start eating regularly was one of the best decisions in my life. It is actually better to have five or six smaller meals at two or three hour intervals. My diet is based on eating frequently (every two hours), is based on you never feeling hungry. I have learned that being hungry doesnt lead to losing weight but to put on weight. Your body stores fat as a resource to help protect you against starvation if you cannnot take in enought food. Sometimes specialists recommend us to count calories you eat and expend, but I think it is very time-consuming and when eating out impossible. So I am trying to eat more healthy but dont count it exactly - and it works as well.

At the beginning of this new healthy life-style I was fighting with hunger. I started eat five times a day: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, but I was feeling hungry between the meals. I could observe that helps to me to eat more proteins, such as cheese, poultry, cottage cheese, ham or eggs. If you hang in one or two weeks and hunger will be surely smaller because your body will adapt.

For me is very difficult to prepare a snack to work every day, so I eat vegetables or fruits, that I prepare directly in the work. I register my weight every day and I started 17th June 2012 with 76 kilos (167 lb) and two and half months later I have 70 kilos (154 lb).

Example of my meals during the day:
Breakfast 7:30 - one slice of bread with cottage cheese and a tomato
Snack 10:00 - three pieces of carrot
Lunch 12:30 - spiced gratinate pumpkin with potato crisps
Snack 15:00 - curd-cheese with plums
Dinner17:30 - soap with rice noodles

Decided to have a baby

Few weeks ago we decided me to be a mother, to have a baby. I know it is one from the most important decisions in life to do, but it is the result of my long-term thinking about it. I am planning to start trying to get pregnant some day in December, with accordance of results of my disposition.

My main goal is to be the best mother in the world and to have happy and healthy baby, so I must beggin by myself, must be sure, that I am healthy and start to living healthier, because I am affraid of infertility. I sit in the office every day and dont have much motion, eat a lot of potato crisps and meat, drink lot of wine, etc. and it must quickly change.

From today I am starting my 3-month period before conception in which I will be preparing to pregnancy, it means restore my body to health. It will be very big change for me, and I hope it will be forever. I hope that there is somebody in the world who has similar aim as me and will join me with my activity, we can share our experience. I will do my best to work hard on myself because I am doing it for my future baby.

It involves three important points:

- Eat healthy food (fruit, vegetables, lot of drinking)
- Do some exercise every day (running, inline, badminton...whatever)
- Prepare yourself for pregnancy (search information, start to eat food supplements etc)

I will write more about these three points in the next articles and give you an advice how to cook healthy meals and what type of exercise is best for become pregnant.
